Fabhotel Prime 皇家楓樹

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we were due to attend a family wedding downstairs in their banquet hall. I am having to give this hotel 1 star however ideally i would give it 0 stars. We booked the hotel via Bookings.com and it was classed as a 3/4 star hotel. It was anything but. Issues encountered: 1. Asked us to pay the account on arrival as opposed to on departure. 2. Asked us to pay in cash as they do not accept card 3. We booked a deluxe room for the 3 of us. The room we were given was at best a double room. The third bed given to us was a 1 inch mattress on the floor. On complaining we were told we were free to leave even though we had paid for 3 nights stay up front 4. There was no cupboard in the room to store anything 5. very poor design of room and layout I would totally advise people to avoid this hotel its a 2 star hotel at best

The worst experience. Nobody helped us with our luggage no bottle of water in room. Washrooms were not cleaned.

The hotel was quite good and clean; the staff were very helpful and humble. The stay was pretty good.

No laundry service, no options in breakfast and dinner, dirty towels and bedsheets. No early check in options either.

Excellent stay. Neat and clean room and washroom. Economical and at a good location. Service was also very good.
