Business Hotel Ambio Gleisdorf

Currently locked out of your hotel. I have returned to my hotel after work and the card will not work ? No answer on the emergency number.I called numerous times. I also proceeded to another hotel explained the situation they also tried to call your emergency number . I am currently locked out of the hotel with no where to go ,and a flight departing at 6 am to Dublin You will need to cover the cost of my flights and accommodation among other factors . This is a disgrace . You will be hearing from my solicitor.

Budget hotel. Rooms are clean but no amenities such as coffee making facilities. Disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed and there is little at all available locally. The aircon was temperamental during the stay and this made it difficult to sleep. There was few staff available onsite as the reception is not manned 24x7. The beds are comfy (singles) but unfortunately the pillows are very thin. Breakfast is okay and plenty of choice but no hot food just continental.
