Large, rustic on a vinyard country house "Fattoria l'Ottavo", 400 m a.s.l., from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 3 houses in the residence. 9 apartments in the residence. In the district of Lucolena in Chianti 12 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 13 m from the centre of Figline Valdarno, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 40 ha, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00).
