It was great staying in this hotel. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across – so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall experience felt warm and welcoming, making it a place I’d definitely recommend to others.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

Everything is great except the staff at reception.they r not welcoming and rude .they dnt understand the value of customer…they need to change their attitude towards customer.

Hotel is exceptionally good. The view from the room is also very good.

This property is ok not so good not so bad.

Ask for anand very nicr service and humblr person, food is nice, good variety, veg non veg cold hot dessert. They can add, chat and juices menu -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

كل شيء جميل في الفندق النظافة و المكان و يوجد ايضاً مول صغير بجوار الفندق للذهاب اليه و يوجد بالفندق سكاي بار و يوجد مطعم زعفران جميل و رائع و ايضاً بالفندق يوجد بوفيه للافطار و العشاء في الدور 14 و الخدمة اكثر من ممتازة و رائعة في بوفية الفندق ، خصوصاً بالافطار و العشاء بالبوفيه و اود ان اشكر Anand شكر خاص على الخدمة و الروح الطيبة رجل مهذب و يستحق كل الاحترام.

Pour seulement 86e/nuit avec petit-déjeuner, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. C’est un vrai 5 étoiles avec une chambre spacieuse, très propre, tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le soir vous pouvez manger à la carte pour environ 11e ou le buffet pour environ 20e. Je conseille le petit-déjeuner qui permet de goûter local à plusieurs plats. Il y a de tout donc vous trouverez forcément votre bonheur. Par contre nous avions une chambre donnant sur le Mall d’à côté et donc sur le restaurant (molécule bar) avec une musique très forte donc on a dû dormir avec les boules quies (ça a duré jusqu’à minuit environ) donc je vous conseille une chambre donnant sur le parc (je crois que c’est la chambre Park view).
