Nice behaviour of staff

This hotel is not good because the number of housekeeping is also very less in this hotel. The biggest problem is of parking. Parking is visible but it is not available and the food and tea here are not tasty.

The rooms were good and clean. Room service was very good and i really liked the food quality of the hotel. Location is also good nearby to lucknow junction and charbagh metro station. Overall a good stay at hotel nexus

We stayed at the property while travelling from prayagraj because our flight from Lucknow was on next say. Decent stay in central area of lucknow. Safe and good for family Stay. Hygeine and cleanliness is appropriate and staff is supportive. You can't expect a lavish hospiias this is not a holiday home or vacation kind of hotel. But this can serve a travel purpose or intermediate stay purpose or business trip purpose. Clean, safe, appropriate hospitality,bminimalistic stay is what you can get in good budget.

Not a family hotel, toilets are very old type, not clean, tabs are also old, tiles are very old, towel quality also poor, only bed was good quality. They need to take care cleaning. Anyway i will not stay again. Staff is good. They need to renovate toilets.
