Had a wonderful stay at Piccadilly Lucknow with friends. The food was great and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. Miss Akshita Kohli went above and beyond for us arranging a city tour and recommending the best spots to visit. She even helped us find authentic chikankari work and embellishments. Her knowledge of the city was impressive, and her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Were grateful for her assistance and kindness. Overall, our stay at Piccadilly Lucknow was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend it to others. Thanks, Miss Akshita, for making our trip special!

I stayed at the piccadily Lucknow recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff was nice friendly miss. Akshita gave us an early check in with a guide to travel in Lucknow . The food was good breakfast hadany options to choose from . The hotel gave us positive vibes

The Piccadilly Lucknow nice hotel near to airport and railway, house keeping staff doing very well service and Ms Akshita was very helpful from reception side and my stay was amazing.Room was good condition.i will come soon overall experience was good 👍👍

My stay at the Piccadily Lucknow was delightful, i had such a pleasant experience with the staff and the hotel. My room was clean and cosy as I needed after a long journey. Lucknow has an old-world charm too, and so do the people of Lucknow. One such person was Miss. Akshita from the front desk who was nice enough to tell us about the city and where to shop.

We stayed a week before at Piccadily the stay was comfortable and luxurious we had 2 rooms the staff was helpful in nature especially the Aman in the evening who helped us out getting some stuff at which time all shop was closed The food and location of the hotel is great. I can blindly recommend this hotel for the stay for an nice experience
