Rooms were of good size, neat and clean, well maintained. Service was prompt and we got everything we could need. The mattress used were amazing. Had a great great sleep. The dinner buffet was amazing. A very well designed menu with an amazing spread of salads, starters and main courses. Desserts could have been improved. Cheese on the cake was the server helped us with a takeaway cappuccino custom made to our taste. The breakfast spread was amazing and delicious in taste. Bonus point for the facility for the driver stay too. very few hotels do provide that and that's definitely a big big plus for me personally. Highly recommended property.

Had a great stay with them and their food was just wow . On the recommendation of one of their staff Mr Abhay Tiwari I was able to visit many places in Lucknow . Definitely the best hotel ever visited . Their hospitality was a perfect 10/10 and their rooms were comfy. A must Visit..

I recently stayed at the Piccadily hotel lucknow . Experience was amazing special thanks to miss . IQRA who helped us for a smooth reservation and check in .staff was cooperative and understanding . The location of the hotel is convenient from airport and railway station both

Stayed here with the family. The location of the hotel is good. The manager- Arpit Arora was very kind and helpful. Had a great time at the property. Great hospitality and service. Must recommend for everyone who would like to stay at Lucknow.

I stayed at The Piccadily for 3 days and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were big and spacious. The service of the staff was quite polite and helpful. Ms.Akshita in particular during Checkin and at time of vacating the hotel was cordial and prompt in service.

Fantastic staff. Rooms were clean and beds were good. The service was very good. Food was also good. I will Definitely recommend this hotel. What stood out was the staff is courteous, helpful and very sweet. They truly cared for us and made our stay truly memorable.

Luxurious ambiance. Healthy and generous breakfast spread. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Firm bed, soft pillows, sparkling clean sheets. Well priced yet scrumptous dinner buffet. Plush interiors, that are very well maintained. Most importantly, very alert, friendly and helpful staff. 10/0 to everyone from gatekeeper, doorman, receptionist, room boys, concierge, buffet waiters deserve a mention.

I recommend that if you are coming to Lucknow please visit to this hotel. This is my first visit in Lucknow,the room is good fantastic spa massage, great location, near to airport and Metro Station,the bed was very comfortable and the room including air conditioning a mini fridge. I would like to thanks reception team.and special thanks to Rahul for help in check in the room. Thankyu to all.
