Stayed there for 2 days and it was horrid ke experience. There is no housekeeping number every time you have to make a call in reception and then you have to remind them 3 times that what you ask for. Delay in every service.

Drei Sterne hier sind nicht äquivalent zu drei Sternen in Europa. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft.
Positiv zu erwähnen jedoch ist die Service und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - sehr freundlich!

It was good overall, except that there was a party going on, On a weekday & it had blasting music. Despite our telling them repeatedly, nothing was done & we had a difficult time sleeping

an underwhelming experience pretty poor service, run-down rooms, and poor room amenities. what took the cake was this incidence: we had booked under 'the kids stay free category' . given the bed was not king size, we asked for an extra mattress. few things happened post that which were baffling: - said "we only said kids stay free, but can't sleep in extra mattress for free" - we will charge Rs 1500 for extra mattress - said "you booked through MakeMyTrip (am Indian OTA) . If you would have booked directly through us, we would have given the mattress for free. but you chose not to bok direct!!" we anyways cancelled our three night stay and moved to other hotel for other two nights

I wish I could review with negative review. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in photos attached too with state of the rooms Carpets size of the room. I had stayed in udaipur raddisons, that made me come back to lucknow. Bad decision I ever made. It's like staying in a chawl. 8th floor loud music was so loud I complaint so many times still went on and on. I would never recommend any one to stay at this place.. highly priced .. with worst rooms.

Travelled with my wife on a business trip. Three nights stay. Middle level and front desk managers are totally unprofessional and inept, lacking the basic courtesy of replying to messages or calls. Poor property, inept staff. Low standard of buffet breakfast. Does not deserve a Radisson tag. Not recommended.

Our flight reached Lucknow in the evening so we were arrived at the hotel rather late in the evening. The room was not very clean and cigarette buts were left on the carpet which anyway looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for days. Another problem was that the staff were all Hindi speaking . My friends however did speak Hindi so I could manage. The breakfast buffet wasn't much to speak of. Although we were booked for 3 days we checked out after breakfast and moved to another hotel in the city.

The over all experience was terrible. The phone in our room wasn’t working so every time we wanted something we had to go down. The ac too wasn’t cooling and luckily when someone came to check the phone which didn’t work till we left he worked on it. This is despite having complained to someone on day one itself and again to a manager in the morning half no action was taken. And the icing on the cake is when we checked out of the hotel in day 3 I took a water bottle from the room as I was going shopping before departing for the airport. We left the luggage in the hotel. While shopping I was thirsty and opened the bottle and take a sip and immediately understood there was something wrong I could figure out that this wasn’t water , I showed the bottle to My husband and the shop keepers and they all agreed there was alcohol in it. Luckily I had a small swig but what if I had consumed the entire bottle. We complained to the hotel when we went to collect our bags and also submitted a sample to the hotel but got a very poor response. Clearly the housekeeping of the hotel is atrocious. My husband wrote to the hotel but there is no response from them. Really poor customer service and support. Please avoid this hotel.

Very bad experience; poor customer service; cleanliness average; slightest of the services are chargeable to the extent that they have extra charges for an extra empty glass; upholstery also very average..reception staff totally blunt and non courteous

third-class experience; rooms were fully smelly. I cannot recommend to anyone staying in this third-class Radisson Lucknow hotel; I was totally disappointed from this hotel, this is a total waste of money. Budget hotels are much better than this hotel.
