at first room AC was in worst condition room shuffled but bathroom was not tidy Television sound was not working, staffs behaviour was excellent on service cheep blanket given to customer property needs work on interior i must say and there breakfast quality

Very bad experience found too many cockroaches and other insects on bed and pillow.AC is not working properly.

Worst, bad experience, exited the property within 30 mins , lots of bed bugs, AC not working, No jet spray available, got wer towels wet floors, got only 50% refund, after early exit from the property, I dont know why it is listed as value stays it should be listed as worst stay.

Maintenance isn't that good.
We didn't had hot water in the morning as the heater wasn't working.
They were good enough to allow early checkin. But the maintenance isn't up to the mark.

I stayed at Hotel Alfa for 5 days, and everything was great. It’s located near the metro, making travel easy. I usually stay here whenever I visit Lucknow as the services are decent and satisfactory.
