拉佩拉盧卡民宿

Ce B&B est simple, rustique et familiale. Il dispose d'un parking, ce qui n'est pas négligeable et se situe dans un endroit calme et un peu reculé qui incite au repas. L'hôtesse est d'une grande gentillesse avec un grand service du service. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner. Attention cependant si vous prenez la suite Familliale, deux escaliers sont facilement accessibles par les enfants. D'ailleurs attention si vous devez transporter de lourds bagages.

Camera ampia, arredata con gusto, pulita e con tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza. Colazione ottima, marmellata 10+. La proprietaria, Helena, gentilissima e molto disponibile, ha atteso il nostro arrivo in tarda notte.

Alojamento com grande potencial para agradar: decoração muito mimosa, boas áreas, cama enorme e confortável e anfitriã (Helena) muito simpática! Pequeno almoço fantástico ! No entanto, a nível de higiene deixa muito a desejar…. Não existe serviço de quartos: ficámos 3 noites e não houve limpeza ou arrumação dos quartos.

Non ci sono piaciute la non puntualità della proprietaria al nostro arrivo (20 minuti di attesa senza nemmeno rispondere al telefono) la camera non era molto pulita,polvere,ragnatele,carte di caramelle.Il frigo dentro l'armadio era spento quindi non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua, asciugamani ospite e prodotti per l'igiene non pervenuti,la doccia sporca con all'interno bottiglia vuota di shampoo,probabilmente di clienti precedenti, la mattina a colazione mancava il caffè perché la proprietaria se lo era dimenticato, per finire, solo perché ci siamo permessi di dirle che mancava il bagnoschiuma ci ha cacciati dal b&b come delinquenti. Sono anni che viaggiamo e sinceramente un trattamento così non ci era mai capitato. Finisco col dire che comunque abbiamo pagato la notte trascorsa nel b&b. Non ci torneremo.

房間佈置的很好，很有品位。非常好的房間有城市廣場的名稱。非常好，非常樂於助人的老闆。房間裡帶水壺的唯一缺陷眼鏡有灰塵.. 早餐室（單份糖容器的蓋子或帶粉末的麥片）奶油蛋捲和糖果需要改進。帶洞的床單。。半小時喝兩杯熱飲，其中一杯帶水壺（臟）。早餐只有一張大桌子，早餐時間是自己定的，避免和其他客人一起吃。沙發上有人在場的情況下吃。隱私少。

Check in was a nightmare. They say check in time is until 7pm. Before this time you have to call (on the telephone, which is difficult internationally, AND they don’t answer the phone!) to set up an appointment time to pick up the key (before 7pm also). It feels like the customer has to accommodate for the receptionist’s availability. For any reason if your travel is delayed, you will lose the hotel that night! We arrived into the city around 10pm, we called the reception, they did not make an effort to accommodate our situation. They said we missed the check-in time and there’s nothing more they can do. We understood it’s an B&B, we were willing to taxi to any location to pick up the keys, but that was not the option. We were lucky to have a friend in the town so we slept on their floor. I can imagine the panic for anyone who doesn’t have the options. As for the hotel, it’s built in the 1900’s very chic, clean, but it does smell musty/humid in the room. Breakfast was extremely minimal in food options, no hot foods. Location was about 1/2 mile walk to the main city walls. Overall, if you’re coming in on a flight that maybe delayed, don’t book here.
