德艾博卡帕拉佐圖茨住宿加早餐旅館(Palazzo Tucci Residenza d'Epoca)

El Palazzo Tucci es un auténtico palacio de tipo victoriano que conserva el espíritu original y majestuoso de la arquitectura histórica, con mínima intervención. Te transporta a otra época y alojarse en él es una experiencia en sí misma. Hay pocas habitaciones y es regentado por un equipo extraordinariamente amable que nos hicieron sentir acogidos desde el primer momento. Su ubicación en pleno centro de Lucca es ideal, con cientos de buenos restaurantes cerca y las típicas calles encantadoras de Lucca. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Ottima posizione in una via centralissima, comoda a tutto, con atmosfera e comodità. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande,spazioso, arredato con gusto senza ostentazione. Tutto molto pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente apprezzabile il parcheggio interno. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione per questioni di orario ma la sala in cui veniva servita era molto bella e da un’occhiata frettolosa il buffet sembrava molto ben fornito

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso palazzo, la stanza suite era incantevole, grandissima, pulita, e grandiosamente storica, il prezzo corretto! Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, posto auto interno molto comodo, unica voce da migliorare e la colazione anche se non disprezzabile, ma sicuramente migliorabile con prodotti e brioche non confezionate, magari prodotti del territorio, in ogni caso torneremo molto molto volentieri! Das Palazzo liegt in der Innenstadt von Lucca. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Palazzo gleicht einem Museum. Die Räume sind sensationell. Trotzdem ist sauberes Bad, wlan und Parkplatz vorhanden. Sollten wir wieder nach Lucca kommen, werden wir wieder im Palazzo buchen. P.s.: die Bar gegenüber ist ebenfalls ein Besuch wert

Tres bon sejour. Personnel reception tres gentil et parlant francais. Directeur d hotel present gentil et attentif à rendre service. Hôtel propre et bien tenu. Plage en navette. Eau très belle et chaude. Petit resto plage privée sympa et accueillant. Félicitations.

Fantastisk klassisk hotel

Super accueil, emplacement idéal pour visiter Lucca. L’intérieur est super on se croirait dans un musée !!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The positives are the staff who are lovely and helpful, and the perfect location. There is a lift which is helpful since it is about 30 steps up to reception which can be difficult with luggage. This is an elegant, very old palazzo still run by the family. I will say that I was the only guest so it felt a bit eerie. It didn't help that it was pouring rain during most of my stay. You enter the building into a very cold, unwelcoming inner courtyard. Dingy flooring and dusty old fake floral centerpiece. Since its a first impression, think the courtyard could be freshened up with a new coat of paint and some fresh decorative touches. It would make a world of difference. That said, once you enter the actual hotel, it is very pretty with frescoes and paintings on the ceilings and walls. Rooms are spacious. There are minor fixes needed. Towels were clearly laundered but mine were tired and spotted. Bed was very comfortable with crisp linens. As a solo female guest, it was a little creepy entering the courtyard at night although Lucca is safe. The reception is not staffed 24 hours. I don't know if I would stay there again but would be good for families since the spaces are huge.
