Non smoking rooms/hallways smelled like cigarettes

1st night was ok...2nd night i couldn't get any sleep because the room above me was making so much noise up until 6am. They need security on site

Decent price rooms could use a little updating staff is always helpful and polite even with argumentative people

Found bugs in the bathroom and by the bed If I would have found that earlier I would have never came here

Upon entering the staff member was on her phone and seemed bothered that we needed to check in. As she walked us to our room 107, the hallways smelled so bad that my son had to cover his nose. The wallpaper was bubbling at the bottom, and it looked awful. After entering our room it was a sauna, but didn't smell as bad as the hallway. Our tv wouldn't turn on, the safety latch on the door was broken, my son pointed out stains on the chair and bed comforter, the bathroom was dirty, bathtub faucet was loose and very little water pressure, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, it looked like the painted over black mold next to the bathtub and I realized why after a shower. It was leaking and our bathroom floor was wet. My son and I needed a warm place to stay for the night because our furnace broke. Otherwise I would have walked right out!

Horrible. The hotel staff gave my key to someone at 2:30 in the morning. Glad I was awake.

I love this hotel ,I stay here often after a long working trip ,and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
