I reserved my stay a week ahead of time. I even called to make sure I had my double bed reserved and to inform them that we would be arriving late. They told me no problems. On the night, as we were driving up to the hotel, I got a call from them telling me that they did not have a double bedroom for me. But that they had contacted another hotel 15 minutes further we from their hotel. And that it would not cost me any more money to go there. I asked them to text me the new address and hotel name. They just sent me the address of 1800 Miami road, Toledo, Ohio. I got to the new hotel at 8:30 pm. When I checked in, the person told me that they had indeed gotten the call from the other hotel, and they had me a double bed room. But when I had to pay, they informed me that I had to pay a additional $10. I was too tired to argue about $10 because we had to get up at 4 am. I asked about a wake-up call, and I was told that they did not have one. I asked about an alarm clock, there was none. So I was very disappointed in this whole process. And ******* needs to look at the reviews for the Super 8 at Milbury rd Toledo. There were a lot of complaints about it being very dirty
