Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Modern eingerichtete Fewo über zwei Etagen. Direkt am tollen Sandstrand von Lubmin. Sehr sauberer Zustand, alles vorhanden, sogar W-LAN.

The apartment is not bad and overall good. The landlady is very friendly, which is what I have to complain about is the very slow internet max. 2-3 Mbit in WLAN. When the neighboring apartment was occupied after a few days, the speed dropped even further

The accommodation has a very good equipment without complaints. The welcome was very warm. The proximity to the beach is great. We could only feel comfortable after long walks.
