Pokój fajny, czysty i pachnący. Co do jedzenia to jadłem tatar wołowy i co mogę powiedzieć to że smak Petarda!!!! Śniadanie też pyszne. Parking trochę ciasny, ale na bez rybiu i rąk ryba. Więc nie ma co narzekać na parking. Blisko centrum. Co wynagradza mały parking Pozdrawiam

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Niezwykle smaczne i wykwintne obiady, bardzo przestronny i cichy pokój Wygodne łóżko, prysznic typu wake in. Warto wracać do tak prowadzonego hotelu. Trzymać tak dalej. Serdecznie pozdrawiam załogę.

Rooms are very clean, dishes in restaurant tasty, parking place always accessible. No problems with guests in room even in late hours. It's always my firsts choice in Lublin. Grocery next to the hotel. They can combine restaurant and hotel checks. See you there.

Great hotel. Clean, great food, friendly and committed staff. Good value too. Four nights, will certainly come again. Particularly good was the food - I had dinner and obviously breakfast. Rooms were always super clean and fresh. Thank you!!

We feel at home at the Hotel and Restaurant Piano! * Exceptional and terrific front desk Staff and Housekeeping * Exceptional rooms, clean, fresh, quiet, and nicely equipped with very comfortable beds and bathrooms * Exceptional self-serve morning breakfast * An underground garage is available (and necessary as the parking lot is not large). The Dining Room: We travel North America and Europe far and wide. The Piano Restaurant truly stands out as unique and offers only 5-star meals. The duck is the best ever, and the chicken is just as good as is each and every offering, including desserts. Such a world-class chef to be found here...remarkable, and that includes the buffet breakfast! We will stay here for all our future Lubin visits due to the staff and the terrific restaurant. I did not find a half-star, but I would decrease this review to 4 1/2 stars only because of the piped-in music...Techno! Terrible and disruptive, especially at breakfast. Fortunately, the volume is lower in the dining room. We discussed this with the manager, a delightful guy, suggesting classical piano music or something more soothing and sophisticated, but he said "it helps to keep the staff happy." Yes, we get it, but still...it costs you a half Star!
