What a nice, modern,quaint and charming hotel with superb service and facilities- spa, swimming pool and a ******. Centrally located in the old part of town close to many attractions. The restaurant is very good. Delighted to have stayed here.

This beautiful Heratige hotel is bang slap in the old Lublin town, it's perfect to leave your car and walk. The hotel took care of our car and we could forget it for 3 days, it was wonderful. Our room was at the top of the hotel, a big room and modern bathroom the window looked out to the castle to the left and old town to the right. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room, fabulous. The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble. For people with food allergies they are happy to prepare special food. We had a really nice stay.

Very friendly staff, amazing massages and huge clean rooms. Only let down was the breakfast....not enough choice and not as varied as I prefer. We were the first people to breakfast in the morning and were informed 2 options on the menu were not available with no explanation as to why. We ate out for breakfast the next day which was unnecessary cost.

A friend and I went to Lublin last month to drop a load of donated medical supplies at HelpUkraine.Center (An amazing grassroots charitable organization! Please donate!). We spent the night at the Alter Hotel - and loved it! The hotel is very cute, very clean, and an incredible value. It is located in Lublin's Old Town, which is very charming. The staff, the rooms, and the restaurant at the Alter were all wonderful! My breakfast omelette was probably the best omelette I've ever had! (Most omelettes are pretty nondescript, but this one was great!) We didn't know anything about Lublin or the Alter Hotel - and were very pleasantly surprised by both! My only regret was that we were not able to stay longer in Lublin and at the Alter! I highly recommend this hotel.
