Great hotel would definitely stay again. I loved it and it was a great night with friends.

This was a decent place to stay for our weekend in Lubbock. We were there for a softball tournament and this hotel met our needs (clean bed, hot shower, cold a.c.) so we were pleased. The only things I'd recommend is having the bathroom sink checked as it didn't drain quickly at all, filling up while brushing our teeth or washing hands. There was a very strong chemical smell all over the main parts of the hotel (pool chemicals?) but it wasn't terrible in the room. Also with three girls using the shower, the shampoo bottle supplied was close to empty when we arrived. I realize this is complimentary so not a major complaint, but would've been nice had it been even half full. Lubbock is extremely windy and dusty so washing hair was a non-negotiable. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay.

Nice place overall, but the two exterior entrance doors need repair. Overall was clean and good. However, on the carpet there were oily or greasy dark spots on the carpet that make my wife say something not good. Carpet needs cleaning or replacement.

Dirty, rude staff, breakfast buffet was inedible and unsanitary (overflowing trash, burnt food, dirty tables)…have stayed at this hotel several times however it has gone downhill fast! Will not be staying here again.

Good stay We had a good stay. The staff was first class, constantly helping and cleaning. Good value for the money. The breakfast was better than most hotels.

Room was excessively hot when we arrived and the AC took a long time to catch up. Bathroom counter had not been cleaned since last guest. Handrails in bathroom were dirty and the Bathroom floor had footprint tracks as well, giving overall impression the entire bathroom was not cleaned between guests. Fitted Sheet on bed was either the wrong size or was put on incorrectly as it would not stay on the bed, making an uncomfortable night of sleep.
