I LOVE staying at the Aloft in Lubbock! The a**osphere is so zen and calming, and the beds make you feel like you don't want to leave. I love how quiet it can be and you're right there in the midst of all the things to do! Loads of places to eat

Restroom dirty

I loved the modern look of the hotel. Staff and cleanliness were on point.

The Aloft is a great place to stay! Staff is friendly the area around it is great. Has good shopping. The manager even moved us a little after we checked in due to a dog in the room next to us that kept barking.

There was no coffee available downstairs except for the little room coffee makers. Hotel seemed worn and dirty, in general. Back door would not open with key. Treadmills were out of order. Stayed here in past and was pleased, but this time was not great!

Good location Restroom privacy is important and there is little to no privacy. I’ve visited several locations and this one is not the tidiest. Overall. Safe stay. But I’d prefer more privacy and more cleanliness.

Very nice facility, nice bar, lounge and fitness area. Could benefit from a more useful indoor pool- the pool is decent for young children.

Ive stayed at the Aloft in Lubbock and Colorado. They were very nice and the staff members were excellent and helpful!

This property was over all clean and tidy and the staff was really friendly. The hotel looks very cool and has a pool table and bar which we thought was neat. I liked being close to a lot of shopping and easy access to highway, but the biggest downside was how loud it was. The walls seem very thin. Everytime someone would close their door it was very loud inside our room, which went on for the greater part of the night. It was a little windy when we stayed, but the weather *****ping on our door was partially torn so it made it whistle all night which made it very hard to sleep. The room overall has a cool feel, but felt very halfway done and poor quality. Over all it was fine, but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again with the noise.
