The room was not clean. The floor in the room was concrete and it was sticky by the bed. The room furniture to sit on was disgusting as was the old ripped rug on the floor in front on the sitting area in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners.

This hotel is a gem. Staff are all well trained and gracious. Room service was prompt and Food is really really tasty

There was a great courtyard with fire pits and open space for kids to play and run off energy while parents could watch them. Live music on Saturday night was great.

First impressions of Cotton Court were great. We were greeted with bottle of water and a couple cans of Lone Star beer. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was adorable, but then we noticed how dirty the floor was. It was very obvious that it was not vacuumed between guests. The beds were comfy. We did not receive any housekeeping service the following day, not a big deal missing one day. On the 3rd day I made a call before leaving for the morning about receiving h

We had a wonderful time at Cotton Court. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My only complaints were that there was inadequate parking and the restaurant was second rate. Other than that everything was great.
