Over priced, no microwave, no house keeping for 3 days and requested for my room to be clean and agreed, however, no one came to even change the bed sheets or towers for 3 days! Just a horrible experience, however, the bar and staff were really nice!

Because our reservation was made with ******* they move our room so they can give priority to other reservation. Terrible experience. We have stayed here so many times and definitely this is our last time!

Everyone was very friendly and ready to help with all of my requests. The room was a little bit dated, but it was very comfortable. The location was perfect.

The hotel was very clan and quiet. All employees were extremely helpful. I will book with Overton every chance I get. I was able to work in my room without any distractions and the bed was a nice end to the evening.

Staff was great. Located very close to Texas Tech if you are visiting. Clean hotel. This hotel does not have free breakfast, it does have a restaurant though.
