If you have the choice do not entertain this hotel!! or maybe the better of the bunch?? you have to phone for everything and most of the times you call the person on the other end of the call cant speak English, not that the language is the problem. when you call for something make sure it is only one thing you are asking for, you ask for coffee and soft drink you will only get one or the other. if you have a stay longer than 2 days you will have to phone for fresh towels and bed linen. so be prepared to call all the time and have a lot of patience, as things ordered can be up to 2 to 3 hours waiting .

羅安達斯凱納飯店位置優越，位於市中心。優點是位置、工作人員、食物、每天更換床單、在酒店入口處進行的消毒（作為預防措施）。然而，酒店不提供一些四星級酒店典型的設施。

O valor é muito exagerado para o serviço prestado. Tive uma situação e pedi para falar com o gerente, mas o que foi informado é que este nunca estava disponível. Muito mau para um hotel de 4 estrelas, a própria comida demora muito a chegar à mesa. Péssimo serviço sem simpatia.

Ospite in questo hotel per una decina di giorni, un hotel normale, con camere nella norma, con mobili datati che orse andrebbe rimodernato. Il servizio ristorante normale, con un discreto servizio da parte dello sta.

Beautiful hotel in the Luanda city centre. The staff ensured there was someone who speaks English to assist me. Enjoyed meals in the 3rd floor bar and also breakfast on the first floor. Am definitely planning to return soon

Very friendly and attentive staff

A four star hotel in the center of Luanda City built in 2009. I stayed in this hotel as I had to complete 7 days in quarantine as per Angola regulations before proceeding with my business. The rooms were surprisingly clean and of decent size, i had a room with large bay windows which gave a good view of the city and good amount of daylight which was important to me for some sense of normalcy since you can't leave the room for 7 days. Food was a challenge as respectfully i was not accustomed to the local food that was served in house and the hotel did not allow outside food delivery which was disappointing especially for guests with dietary or religious restrictions. This was cruel as surviving on French fries for a week was unimaginable. I hope the hotel looks at its policy for food delivery as other hotels in Luanda do not have such policy. When in quarantine rooms are cleaned only once a week. Language may be an issue as all the staff speak Portuguese but few understand English. Having said that staff are friendly and obliging. There is facility for coffee and kettle is provide for hot water but there is no iron/ironing board in room. Tv with international channels is available. Excellent WiFi connectivity for multiple devices. Overall a Nice hotel with comfortable stay but pricey.
