"服務中規中矩 ，簡單辦理入住。 房間挺大，有保險櫃，重點，廁所很大，設施挺新的，畢竟也是4星酒店。 地理位置有點偏，不適合公共交通的遊客。 作為中轉或者購物奧特萊斯的臨時休息的人來説簡直完美，距離米蘭奧特萊斯25分鐘車程。 另外旁邊有個電影院和健身館，還有吃飯的披薩店。 其實不趕時間，在這停留停留也還可以，鍛鍊游泳看個電影。 對了，還有mini bar，但是需要看房型，需不需要收費的了。 房間內的設施還是可圈可點的，就是床有點小，大床房可能會好點吧。"

"Lovely convent-converted-to-residential home. Lovely large room furnished with antiques but without a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast unremarkable. NOTE!! You will be charged 40 Euros to use the spa room. The staff did not inform us about this charge. On the day we visited the only thing that worked in the spa was a small hot tub. We could find no mention of the charge listed on their website. We traveled in Italy for 17 days and this was 1 of 2 hotels that charged for use of spa. We reached out to the hotel staff to request a refund for our 30 minutes in their spa, but they refused our request. Better value to be found in the area. Would not stay there on return visit."

"It was a bit scary to get to the place as its not attractive sourauding at all. But the place itself is made with big taste and eye for details. It's very clean and quiet. We decided to book the place last minute as it was on our way to final destination. The place is known for its spa however we were very disappointed that we couldn't use it. I understand that these places you must book in advance but we weren't expecting much, just entrance to the public area with jacuzzi and small pools. As it was two of them. We have been informed that we can't use it because its full. There were no flexibility at all.However I didn't give up and tried to ask once again around closing time. I was told we can't go in. I checked the spa myself and apparently it was almost empty. I told them that if they won't allow us to use the spa we will pay thecleaning service and leave the hotel. So they allowed us to use it 40 min before closing. We'll. Still something. Especially that they allowed our son to come with us even though he wasn't 14 but 11. He stayed under our supervision without any damage to others quality time. I don't understand why simple things are so difficult to arrange. And at this price level I would expect some flexibility. Price per night was almost 200 euros. I have to mention the waitresses were awesome. High level service. Food was really delicious- home made. We had a lovely lunch, drinks and dinner. I recommend this place to stay as a couple not as a family."
