After two trips up to rooms that had smoke detectors chirping we were finally put in a suite in the fifth floor that was a little quieter, the lobby was filled with teen hockey players making noise at arrival 10pm, suspect it was teens that somehow found their way to rooms unoccupied and removed batteries from smoke detectors. It’s a shame the parents of those players didn’t keep tabs on the bunch. Staff was friendly and more than accommodating to place us in an upgraded room, to bad I had an early flight out and missed the breakfast, sure that would have also been loud.

We stood in line for a half hour waiting to check in. While the lobby was filled with a sports teams’ kids and families screaming and wrestling and playing sports without adult supervision. Kids yelled and tan up and down our hallways late at night with no parental supervision even after calling the front desk to complain. These same kids were in the fitness area and pool area without adult supervision running and yelling and slamming bathroom doors.

The lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t smile much. We stay one night and had a bunch of Kids running through the halls and banging on our doors until midnight. I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel I ever stay at.

Dirty room. Found a bug, floor covered in crumbs, poor condition of everything in room. Found old used spoon in the closet. Disappointed!

We took our kids to what was supposed to be a “family-friendly” hotel but that turned out to be completely false! The room was disgusting and there is absolutely no way they cleaned it before we checked in. There was garbage under the beds, feces running down the front of the toilet, a strange white substance on the chairs, and my child found ***** in the room. I have proof of all of this. If you are planning a nice trip to Hershey Park with your family then I would avoid this place!

I arrived in Harrisburg at 11pm and had to wait 1 hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Called multiple time when I landed to make sure that they know I needed a pick up

Checked in and my toilet was clogged. Had to plunge myself woke up next morning clogged again.. same next day. BREAKFAST ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH 13.95. COLD EGGS COLD SAUSAGE
