King master bedroom, and Guest bedroom has 2 full beds in a bunk and a full size trundle, and the living room has a gel foam sofa-bed. We provide: 5 adult and 2 child sized beach camp-style chairs, a beach mat, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, a beach cooler, and some sand toys. We also provide travel sized toiletries if needed. Access to the beach is just 400 steps (3-4 minute walk) from our home with free public beach access through R. Seltzer Park with public restrooms available (driving is also an option as there is a parking lot at the park if you are unable to walk the 400 steps). Feel free to bring your golf cart or boat if you have them. Or we do have a golf cart available for you to rent for additional fees. The whole house is yours. No common areas. Back yard is privacy fenced in and has a fire pit and year round backyard lighting. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex. The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. Lovely beach getaway home. Great outdoor entertaining with plenty of comfy seating inside and out. Come relax blocks from the water. Lagoon with all the pontoon boat rentals for Shell Island and fishing on one side, beach few blocks other direction. And don’t forget about St. Andrews State Park just minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by or travel down the beach to many other options in just a short drive. Tucked away off the world famous Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk or minutes drive to Schooners on the beach. Great beach restaurant with open ocean view seating. This house has been in the family since the 70’s. We have put new floors in and are still wanting to remodel the kitchen with new cabinets. Its nothing fancy, but it’s fairly priced. It’s a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Gas grill on patio to grill out. Enjoy complete relaxation and come stay on Panama City Beach.
