Disappointed. I was told that I could have breakfast on the house due to having to be moved into a clean room. My first room was full of garbage. The breakfast was non-existent. The Boy who works in the breakfast deli was 30 min late to work! And then proceeded to tell me he had no breakfast available. I was pissed because I had an 8:30 meeting in Lowell. No coffee - no breakfast food … nothing! Second time in a row that I stayed there and this same problem occurred. They need to fire that boy. He also smoked outside the door everytime I went in and or out, tossing his cigarette butts all over the grass. Gross - Dirty and disappointing.

Great hotel overall in an industrial park though. Breakfast options based on starbucks menu was allright but extremely expensive and service while very friendly was extra long. We were on a hurry for a work meetng that morning and almost ended up late by asking to black coffees. Great room, a bit small but very clean and functional.

Lacking Long piece of hair on bed sheet. Shorter piece of hair on another spot in the bed Red drop on the pillow case My daughter plopped down on the mattress while I was laying down and a nasty/mildewy smell emitted.

Great, friendly and efficient staff - first hotel I’ve been in a long time that had good pillows! Nice room, very comfortable and clean but it smelled like a dog had been in the room for a while
