Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland

The room was not very clean there were stains on the mirrors , the shower floor was dirty , the night clerk when i checked in seemed bothered to have to leave her chair in the back to help me check in , the morning clerk was AMAZING and friendly! But .... it was not an enjoyable stay in the room with dirty spots on the mirrors and a dirty shower floor that had a bad smell.

I had an extended stay so they asked when I would like to schedule cleaning service. It was nice not to be bothered every day especially when I was there for a week. Room was nice & clean. Only issue was the heater/cooler faced right on the bed so when it would kick on cold air to then heat up I would get a chill. But room stayed warm even with the snow storm blowing outside. I was cozy. Breakfast was simple but nice. Had many continental choices. Is pet friendly but they never refilled the doggie waste bag container. Luckily I had my own. Also the trash can by the side door never got emptied to whole time I was there & was full. None of those minor things caused me any grief. Just observed as a whole the hotel was nice with friendly staff.

Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms and beds/bedding. It was perfect for our need which was simply to get a good nights sleep for my Aunts Celebration of Life the next morning. My only conplaint would be the person who sat in their car blasting music for 15 minutes but that was not on the Microtel.

We two rooms. One had loud air conditioner. Second room had wrong size shower curtian which flooded the room out into the hallway. The TV did not work in that room. Desk said it had been that way for ever, but nothing done about it and didn't offer any discountand they continue to rent the room!! Would not reccommend.

It was good stay. The front desk staff were very nice. The bathroom could use some more light it was a tad dim. All in all I will consider staying here again!

Es un hotel agradable, no hacen el aseo a diario de echo habían toallas sucias y el cojín como si alguien se hubiera acostado y no volvieron a limpiar , tampoco cambiaron toallas en las 3 noches de hospedaje

He tenido muy buena experiencia en el hotel. Cómodo, limpio y el peesonal muy amable.

Regular carpet cleaning would brighten and freshen stays at this Microtel.
