To begin with I had the wrong room type but I can deal with that. what I could not deal with was the flea infestation that was in the room I was originally placed. After the third-party company assured me that somebody would be coming out to assist me after 45 minutes I went down to the front desk to get keys to a different room. I was in charged six dollars for laundry soap at 2 o’clock in the morning I was not planning on doing my blankets so my husband and I could sleep tonight as they now have fleas specifically a result to the room none of which was our fault. But he doesn’t apologize he doesn’t try to make it right. If anything he could’ve just put it in the room that I had originally wanted but no fleas in the new one so I can appreciate that I guess.

Great staff, nice room, loved the shampoo and the breakfast was really good

When we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then gave us a room that the key didn’t work. Finally 40 minutes later we got a room where the bed sqeaked and the toilet ran constantly. The guy at the desk was totally inept. Said he couldn’t see our reservation which should have been a king room. I would like a refund but he didn’t even know how to do that. How this property got a very good rating on your website is a total mystery.

The staff would not allow our daughter to check in stating that they did not feel right about letting her stay there. They. were very rude to her. When we arrived, the staff was unprofessional and would not give us a satisfactory reason for not allowing her to stay. We will never use this hotel and will advise our neighbors and friends to avoid this hotel (we have lived in the area for over 40 years!)

This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. I have tried repeatedly to speak to the manager, but they always told their staff that they were unavailable and never returned my call. Our room did not have a working heater. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that the manager would contact us to accommodate our inconvenience since we were booked for two nights. That never happened. We even bought a space heater at Walmart to help the room be tolerable and gave it to the hotel when we departed. All with the understanding that we would be contacted by the manager. Regrettably, the manager didn’t care for their guests and we are very disappointed.

The staff don’t give accurate info about services— 1. Breakfast was told it ended at 10 am on Monday morning. Went down at 9:30 and there was 1 Apple and 2 oranges. No breakfast!! 2. Maid service—specifically told we had to ASK for service in our rooms. We did NOT, but returned to find beds made, our belongings tidied up and fresh towels. 3. Have stayed her numerous other times. Hotel quality is less well maintained. 4. Bed I used was kind of worn out and needs replacing. Pillows were not in good shape either.

Staff is highly incompetent, to the point of not being above to figure out which room guests are in. Management here should be removed and replaced. This place is not at all worth the price of staying.

Rude management and staff. Incompetence on how to keep track of bookings. Will not own up to their own mistakes and will not offer a refund to make things right.

Great rooms, clean, gym, breakfast service was way beyond my expectations. Overall just great bargain for comfort
