The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

正常的早餐缺少烤麵包機，他們必須意識到培根的雞蛋不是那樣做的，沒有人吃它，這一定是有原因的！否則一切都很好。 令人印象深刻的大廳及其宏偉的樓梯。房間非常乾淨，大廳的服務非常周到。

Bene, anzi, non tanto bene. Ottima posizione al centro di Lourdes, ad un passo dai locali, dal Museo delle cere, dalla Basilica e da Rue de la grotte. Camera piccolissima, per passare dovevamo fare a turno. Letto comodo. Reception spesso incustodita. Buona la pulizia. Sufficiente la colazione: cornetti sempre freddi e pochissima varietà di altri dolci. Buoni i formaggi.

Expérience horrible d’une fin de dîner au restaurant qui s’est envenimée autour de l’impression d’un reçu. Staff méprisant et insultant, qui se permet de juger ses clients sur l’endroit où ils habitent (Paris) et leur signifie de partir (« au revoir, madame ») alors que je demandais juste, et poliment, le duplicata d’un reçu de restaurant d’un collègue. Quand je suis revenue pour me plaindre, encore moins d’écoute et de solution. (« Et vous faites ça souvent, madame? Ça doit vous fatiguer »). Aucun respect. Des gens sans éducation ni intelligence du client. À fuir

Hotel Location was good - just five minutes walk to the Grotto and the Basilica. Conversely, uphill there are good eating places - notably the pizza place and Da Marco. Hotel Room - very basic. Toilet and Shower are separate. I guess you don't expect luxury in Lourdes, even if it's a Mercure brand.

Very pleasant stay. Our family have been staying here for over twenty years. Always a good choice, for location, good service and delicious meals (half board). Overall, good value for a comfortable pilgrimage to Lourdes. Staff are well trained, very kind and efficient, from reception, to restaurant service and including housekeeping. Location is pretty good. Only 10 minutes easy walk (mostly flat) to the Basilica and nearby restaurants. Overlooking the river and peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Although, it is older than some of the other hotels and certainly requires modernization in the communal lobby and first floor, the rooms themselves are clean and renovated.

Tres bien situe au coeur de la ville, une reception tres accueillante, un petit dej tres diversifie et avec des produits de bonne qualite. Des produits de bain Nuxe. Des chambres tres belles, lumineuses et grandes. Merci beaucoup pour l’excellent souvenir que vous avez laisse dans nos coeurs. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Un excellent accueil et un personnel très agréable et très professionnel. Chambre propre et une très bonne literie. J’ai été déçu du buffet petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de plat vide et moins de choix que la fois précédente. Étant très habitué du groupe Accor, je pense que le buffet et le service mériterait une remise en cause pour amélioration

Hotel has very good location. Walking distance to Lourdes sanctuary. Friendly and helpful staff. Consistent in its services similar to my preivous stays. Room is okay. Hallways though going to the room is quite dark and feels somewhat old.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare des bus. A l'aéroport de Tarbes, un autocar vous amène à la gare des bus pour 3 EUR. Les sanctuaires ne sont pas loin. L'ascenseur pour monter à la ville haute est juste à côté. Les chambres standard ne sont pas très grandes, mais comme partout en ville. Tout était très propre. Le personnel était super gentil et poli, à l'accueil, au restaurant, même les nettoyeuses. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas super génial, mais bien suffisant (je crains qu'il y ait des produits décongelés). Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Dans la chambre il y a un coffre et un petit frigo. Les chambres sont climatisées mais nous n'avons pas testé le système, la température était bonne. Nous reviendrons et nous prendrons une chambre plus grande.
