For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. We had to check out of our villa at 10am - but with a late evening flight home we needed somewhere to dump our cases and enjoy a pool somewhere for the day. We booked this (had to phone due to strange check in/out that we needed) we booked the room from 10am-7pm , obviously we had to be charged for the full day (80 euros) what a bargain! We weren't expecting much but we are pleasantly surprised (writing this sat by the peaceful pool ). Room is large and very clean - can't vouch for.comfort of bed as we won't be sleeping in them). This would make a great, value for money, base and you wouldn't be disappointed with pool and bar - we were feeling a bit deflated coming from a beautiful villa with private pool to a small hotel - but we love it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good value hotel - this is it!

Was couple nights spent in Alte Hotel. I am so happy. Lovely stuff ,kind, friendly. Special want to say big thank you to Reception girl Patricia Also Waitress Jenny and another lovely guy, can't remember name. They absolutely amazing. Food in hotel fresh and really tasty. The housekeeping stuff was lovely too. Thank you, Thank you 10_10. Will go definitely again. Really Recommend this lovely place xx

We had a five night break in Faro and stayed at this hotel, conveniently sited overlooking the marina. The airport bus drops you within a three minute walk of the hotel and the train station is just a little further away. We were fortunate to have a lovely room with balcony from which we could see the old town beyond the marina. The room was very comfortable and of a good size too. One disadvantage of the hotel is the small lifts from the reception area to upper floors: we used the stairs for easier access once we had taken bags to our room. The breakfast was very good with a pleasant area outside which was quite warm even in November. Entertainment was provided by a resident pianist and added a little to the general ambience of breakfast time. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodation and would certainly stay there again if we were to revisit Faro.

位置距機場打車15歐，城區核心位置，步行可以到老城區任何地方，設施與漢庭相若，乾淨衞生，早餐比較簡單，但一應俱全，總體來説，是追求性價比的不錯選擇

這是我們第五次入住這家酒店,它從未未能留下深刻的印象。房間寬敞,早餐非常棒,所有工作人員都很棒。酒店不在海邊,但內陸約10分鐘車程 - 法羅機場距離酒店約20分鐘路程,使其成爲放鬆和放鬆的安靜場所。我們建議晚上在餐廳用餐,因爲菜單種類繁多,呈現精美。所有在一起一個傑出的酒店:一個真正的寶石。

酒店距離盧勒市中心僅幾步之遙。這是一個不錯的,乾淨的酒店,裝飾可愛,工作人員友好。我們的房間很大,乾淨舒適。早餐有各種各樣的選擇,很好吃。唯一的真正的缺點是我們房間的景色不鼓舞人心。總的來說,我一定會再次入住,並會推薦它。

100% recommend. First of all it's very clean, which is very important to me. Staff was so lovely, and attentive, especially Pedro, he went an extra mile! Location is good, close to Marina, food was excellent. Pool was good, always had sunbeds available at any time of day. We were there for a week and it wasn't overcrowded like you get at some big hotels. Will definitely go back.

Service was brilliant, apart from when groups arrived and then we felt a bit ignored. Hotel is nice and spacious, and rooms a good size. The hotel did have a corporate, conference feel about it so it depends what you are looking for in a stay. Breakfast was great and plenty of fresh food. The free taxi to the Marina worked fine, although you had to book (and can only book on the day). The only times available, though, ware 11 am, 6pm and 7 pm, so we ended up using Ubers to get back in the evening. (between 5 and 8 Euros so not too bad). They don't have as many restaurants as some hotels so the marina is the easy answer for food. The onsite Thai restaurant was really nice and worth a treat one evening. Overall a nice weeks stay in the sun which is what we wanted.

***** FABULOUS ***** We stayed here in June 2023. This place is a must for families looking to keep children and adults entertained. It's a beautiful modern hotel, spotlessly clean, with plenty of room and onsite facilities. The rooms are spotless. Well maintained and comfortable. The staff are second to none and went out of their way to ensure every single person had a thoroughly enjoyable experience throughout their stay. The waterpark is nothing short of fantastic, with options available for all ages and abilities. The entire complex is very tranquil and safe, offering a relaxing experience all round. I would highly recommend Aquashow Park to anyone looking for a water park themed holiday.

When we read reviews we were a bit unsure of our choice. We arrived on the 15th September our room was not available to 2 pm so we had some lunch in the hotel which was good. Our room 212 was perfect except for one small issue with the floor in the sitting area. We were offered to moved but declined due to the location and size of the room. The Housekeepers serviced the room everyday. Bed was so so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent plenty of everything hot or cold. The staff were excellent and friendly. We were always able to get a sun lounger. We chose Bed and Breakfast as we wanted to eat out and such a selection of restaurants. Highly recommend O’Neills Irish Bar food was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay at a lovely traditional Portuguese Hotel. We will be back again very soon.

訪訪客J'ai vu dans les commentaire ”hôtel fantôme” que je trouve très adapté. En effet, il n'y a pas d'espace d'accueil, des codes son communiqué par message afin de partager les codes d'accès à la chambre où se trouve une clef pour les reste du séjour. Système de fermeture des chambre pas évident à comprendre et très bruyant. Le gros point négatif est l'acoustique de ce lieu, que je ne qualifierai pas d'hôtel étant donné que pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits, nous avons pas eu de service de chambre (poubelles non vidées, linges inchangées, lit non-fait, idem dans les parties communes); c'est plus une chambre d'hôte sans hôte. Pour en revenir à l'acoustique, on entendait les voisins de tous les côtés, comme si ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre. La même chose pour les WC; la porte coulissante bien que jolie nous permet d'entendre tout ce qu'il se passe dans la salle de bain depuis la chambre. Joli décoration mais bancale ... il faut caler tous les meubles car ils ne sont pas stables, les meubles peints empêchent d'en refermer les tiroirs car la peinture croche, du coup on pouvait entendre les voisins ranger leurs vêtements à 2h du matin. Parties communes jolies, j'ai apprécié les produits ZARA mis à disposition ( gel douche, crème pour les mains, diffuseur d'odeur) qui démontraient un certain soin apporté au lieu. Nous vous souhaitons de partager ces parties communes avec des gens propres et sachant faire et ranger la vaisselles ...

DDream05636800825My 5 stars goes to the apartments not Vilamoura itself. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in A credit to the cleaners from the apartments to the public areas all spotless. Free air con included Rooms large and spacious, hob and microwave but no oven. Pool is freezing even in July but lovely once your dunked in! Plenty of sun beds. Spar around 5 mins walk. Use Uber much cheaper than local taxis reception will tell you not to use but just ignore we had no issue in 10 days , Uber for up to 4 people around 5 euros we got dropped off at restaurant il trio and walked down the steps to the harbour . Turn right by the Irish bar use the steps to the right this will bring you to a lovely square of restaurants. Vilamoura itself looks the part but I would not return. Look up and you will see the massage parlours and the **** supermarket, up the side and back streets you will see the gentlemen’s clubs and massage parlours with an atm conveniently situated outside of each. Although this will cause you no problems I couldn’t help but notice the girls outside the massage parlour, drunken men leaving barely able to walk never mind anything else ! On the back and side streets the girls do stand in the doorway calling to the men as they walk past, this will cause you no bother as they are spaced out and it’s done very discreetly, I just find it contradicts what Vilamoura claims to be. It’s easy to just ignore it and not see it if you choose not to. I’m sure it is happens everywhere I’ve just never noticed it before. The marina is lovely, food expensive nice for a few drinks sat overlooking the marina. Would never return though.
