Is was clean and comfortable. It was fully booked so o couldn't extend my stay.

Nice environment for family time

Stayed with my mother to be near Norton Audubon for a sibling's surgery. The location was very easy and convenient to get to the hospital without hectic traffic. The front desk team was phenomenal. There were no luggage carts when we asked, but they came out to find us at our vehicle with one when it was available. I was greeted every time I walked through the lobby and they followed up to make sure we liked our room (which was upgraded). I was grateful for a convenient location by the elevators since my mother has a hard time walking long distances. Breakfast was simple but nice. I wish I had been staying for pleasure to get to enjoy the fitness center and pool. I will definitely be back and hopefully for a more fun reason next time. *I am a Marriott Employee for another brand/property, but this review is my own opinion and does not reflect those of Marriott International.

My family and I stayed here for a one night stay. During the middle of the night the air stopped working. For obvious reasons we couldn’t change in the wee hours of the morning. At checkout, the clerk didn’t ask how our stay was. I politely let him know about the air and also informed him that we had 1 wash cloth for 3 people. I wasn’t expecting anything but an I’m sorry and to correct it for the next guests. He said to me “well I mean you could have let us know and we would have corrected it.” I Informed him that the wash cloth issue was just discovered this morning and the air was about 1 in the morning. He stuck his hand up at me and said “have a nice rest of your day”. Very rude and unprofessional

I was disappointed in the hotel. One of the elevators was out of order and the room was very dark. I was expecting a little more updated since it is a Sheraton. The microwave and refrigerator appeared to be very old. The mattress was not that comfortable. It was ok for a one night stay, but would not stay here again.

Not very well kept up, shampoo in shower totally missing, front desk a bit clueless. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member - lots of Marriott properties in the area to choose from - that are better than this one. Not Sheraton level branding, more like Motel 6. If you do decide to stay, do NOT prepay. You will be hit with "surprise" charges after you leave.
