The property just wasn’t up to the standard of what I had experienced at previous Extended Stay properties, which was why I felt comfortable with booking initially. The room did not look anything like what was advertised/shown on *******. The staff at the property was very courteous and accommodating. Kudos to all of the staff members. Thanks a bunch Regards

Enjoyed the room and the comfort of the room and beds. It was cleaned. I didn’t like that they only provided one set of towels in the room when I got a room for 4 people should have been 4 sets of towels in the room to use as well and it was not. This is something that was not acceptable. Also no towelettes either considering I had to stay on a whelm and didn’t have anything with me.

Broken cabinet doors, cigarette stains on the bath, no remote control, plastic floor felt like a dorm room at summer camp. Parked peacefully between a highway, railroad tracks and next to the airport it’s all my ear plugs could handle. The homeless out back didn’t help. Staff was nice and helpful but they can only do some much with such a crap hole.

Upon arrival the front desk lady (Misty) wasn't friendly at all. No hello, smiling, glad to see in other words very unhappy person to be on the front desk. On the room, no shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom fan was making noise although was turn off. The floor was dirty, looks like the cleaning person hasn't mop for quite some time. The hotel location is in a prime location nearby the Expo Center however looks like employees and management failed to take advantage on the Derby festivities.

Late check-in was very easy. Staff was really nice, and the amenities in the suite were wonderful! Would stay here again or at any Extended Stay.

Booked two queens, only had one solo double available, charged me the price for the two queens despite not the same booking

Its near train tracks which I think is cool because I can see it out my window going over a little bridge and behind the property

Checked into our room, walked in and there was roaches everywhere so I booked a new hotel, went to the front desk for a refund. They were not surprised that the room was infested. They told me they couldn’t refund me and that we had to wait for a manager the next day, so we called back and was hung up on and told we could not get a refund.
