It was a lovely comfortable stay. The staff was super nice, very friendly and extra helpful. I give this place a 9/10. Would give this place a 10/10 if they had Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Service. Other than that, it's an amazing, comfortable, home like place to stay. Thanks to the Wood Springs Suites Louisville Southeast, For Your Awesome Hospitality!! Look Forward To Future Stays Here!!! We didn’t get our room cleaned no fresh linens on beds for the entire stay. No clean towels toilet paper for over a week and the refrigerator didn’t keep food cold! Had to throw away eggs veggies & lunch meats. Also beds were not comfortable hard mattress was terrible for my back.

Don’t expect them to be sympathetic and offer a partial refund if you have to cut your trip early. We booked a 2 night stay, and left a day early because our child was sick. I have tried numerous times to talk to GM even before we left I asked at the front desk if it was possible we could even get partial back. It has been almost a week since we checked out and I have tried numerous times to get in contact with the GM which seems to be impossible to get ahold of. So I guess if you want to throw your money away, stay at this establishment. The room was semi clean, the bed is literally just a mattress on what looked like a metal pull out bed that wobbled every time you just barely moved. You get a kitchenette which was nice but you have no cookware so the cook top is useless unless you go spend more money for pots and pans if you plan to stay long term. The phone didn’t work and the one little table you had to “eat at” was broke and tilted at an angle so If you set anything on it it would fall in the floor. We will never stay here again that is for sure especially for the price we paid it was over priced for the quality of the room you got. I do have to say the front desk lady was nice but that is the only positive thing I can say.

禁煙室を予約したのに、喫煙室をあてがわれました。 １週間滞在していたので、持ち物に臭いがかなりついてしまいました。 それ以外は問題なく、むしろ快適だったので、その点だけが残念です。

Room was clean but lots of strange ppl who apparently live there and it just didn’t feel safe. I was grateful for the cheap accommodation option, though

We was woke up by the smoke alarm at 5 in the morning because somebody set one of the rooms on fire

Good price. Better than other hotels in this price range ..only spell of pot in hallways and elevator was only issue I had

Locked out of our room bc the door lock went out. Front office said they would refund a night. Later refused to refund the night. We were locked out until 4:30 a.m. when they finally got someone to change the batteries in the lock. Manager said to call ********** for refund. We called and they refused ********** a refund. When I call the front office they keep hanging up and will not address the issue. The overall stay was okay. Keep your children close to you in your decide to use this location.

It's a good place to stay for the price.until u have to check out later due to family emergency I paid for a week and was only there one night they wouldn't refund my money till the next day then said they mailed it to me I have not ever received that money back
