Beautiful, clean hotel but unfortunately my sleep quality was terrible. I was in the Glover Room which faces Main Street and the vehicle noise was loud and constant until about 1 am and started up again at about 6 am. Also the covering on the large window does not block light and there is a street lamp right outside, so the room is never actually dark. It's a shame because otherwise this would be a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful little hotel. The room was so roomy and beautifully appointed. Lots of snacks and food for breakfast. The towels were so soft and fluffy. I left some clothes and the owner is sending them to me. I appreciate that. I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible place, I have stayed here multiple times for business and I am very displeased. I have had issues with the electronic door code on three different stays (to enter the room/hotel). They do not have anyone on the property to assist you after hours, so your stuck waiting on them to come assist you if you have an issue. The room does not have any heated control so I froze in the room. The toilet leaks so it will always be running and they will bill you for flooding because of their faulty equipment. Lastly, the light from outside prevents you from getting a decent nights rest because it is too bright in the room. My stays were so bad that I had demanded my employer move me to another hotel. The management is bad, STAY AWAY!!!

I made reservations for members of my family for their stay during our Holiday get-together. Check-in and out was easy, as they all arrived at different times. They were all so impressed with the history of the The Mason and it’s beautiful restoration. It is, indeed, a beautiful little gem in Northeast Mississippi!

My husband I stayed at the Mason hotel this past weekend for a last minute trip to see family. I could not love this place more!! Bravo to the designer and stylist for this place it was amazing and such a quaint setting and a great price! I have always had to drive to Starkville and it was just for a decent, clean, basic hotel but not anymore...I will be back!! This place is very relaxing, clean and has a luxurious feel. so happy I found the Mason Hotel my kids are going to love it too!
