Although rare, accidentally damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy your stay!! PET POLICY (Updated 1/2025): Yes, our rental does allow pets, but by booking this property, you must agree to the following terms listed below: All pets must be identified on the reservation at the time of booking. Please disclose more details on the pet after receiving confirmation from VRBO your reservation has been secured. Our rental allows only hypoallergenic, non shedding dogs. No cats due to allergies. The maximum amount of dogs allowed at our rental is 2. We also have a weight restriction of dogs no more than 50 pounds. The dog must be housebroken -- no puppies. We do not allow pets on the furniture or beds and we ask that while staying at our rental, you please enforce these rules. The animal must not be left unattended inside the rental or tethered outside. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that the pet's barking is not disruptive to neighbors. Please pick up after your pet when it goes to the bathroom outside. Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (crate, if using). Please do not use our bath towels to wipe dirt, mud, etc. off their paws. Our pet fee is a nonrefundable fee of $100. Should the home require additional cleaning or pet damage be found following your stay, you will be held financially responsible. If you have visitors while staying at the property, please note they are not permitted to bring pets.
