剛剛在這裏度過了10天的生日,第一印象是很乾淨,但非常陳舊,需要現代化。入住很快,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。房間很累,牀很硬,但提到它代表我被直接給了牀墊上衣。房間打掃得很正常。食物還不錯,而且很新鮮,而不是整晚都坐在那裏,選擇有限,但足夠了,畢竟所有的公寓都是這麼多的,所以餐廳很小。我們發現食物很愉快。沒有娛樂或遊戲室,是黑暗中游泳池附近的檯球桌,還有一個從未使用過的閱覽室,可能是一個很棒的遊戲室。接待區不歡迎或舒適或適合坐着,只是古怪,如果有漂亮的沙發等,可以坐下來放鬆或閱讀z飲料,wS有點冷坐在酒吧附近,因此很少使用。在您的住宿中,如游泳池側躺椅牀墊或雨傘等額外收費,雖然提供WiFi,但僅在酒吧區,所以如果沒有需要購買的數據。安全不在房間,但在一樓區域,不想上下樓梯所以沒有使用,我喜歡在房間裏..酒店位置很好,有公交車站和超市,到前面也不遠,,加起來優點和缺點,這是一個價格不錯的酒店

More negatives than positives from me and my fiancé . The room was cleaned ONCE our entire holiday which caused an overflow of rubbish in our room . First few nights we stayed I asked for pink gin and lemonade just to be told it isn’t included when we’re ALL INCLUSIVE , if we wanted an ice cream during the day we had to pay because it wasn’t included. The pillows were so uncomfortable and hard caused me and my partner a sore neck some days . Bar staff don’t speak a word of English so they never know what you’re talking about everytime I asked for Pepsi max as a type one diabetic they give me full fat Pepsi which is a serious health risk. And on our final day we returned back to our room at 1pm with a lady waiting outside saying “look at the time u was meant to be gone an hour ago get your things and leave immediately” we were never told what time to check out . We had a few beach days which meant obviously bringing bits of sand back so the whole week our beds were filled with sand because they never cleaned it . The shower was boiling hot wouldn’t go cold in this weather was horrible . Postives were close to the beach can’t really think of anything else

My family and I stayed at the Sol Arona Hotel for a week, all-inclusive from 29/09 onwards via Jet2 package deal. This was our first family holiday with our two children (6 & 8), and I can honestly say it was an excellent choice and good value for money. Check-in was easy, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, explaining when food is served and how the drinks tokens worked. Our room was located on the 4th floor, room 407, which was our “Sol room with lounge and frontal sea view.” It indeed had a great view of the harbour and sea, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. First impressions: the room was very spacious and clean. However, it was very hot and did not have AC, just a ceiling fan. After opening the window and the balcony door, the room soon cooled down, and AC didn’t seem necessary after our first night. As we arrived fairly late on Sunday evening and hadn’t eaten since lunch, I expected there would be some food available for us being all-inclusive, but sadly this wasn’t the case. Food is served at set times, so we had to find a shop to buy water and some food, which was slightly annoying after traveling all day. The room could have also used a fridge to store water, but we later found we could fill our water bottles in the dining area or at the bar, so we just did that every evening. The facilities at the Sol Arona were good. As others have said, it could use a bit of a makeover to bring it into 2024, but we had everything we needed to make it a holiday to remember. We had no issues getting sun loungers in the mornings; there were plenty to go around, but I’d guess in the middle of summer that wouldn’t be the case. All the staff were very friendly, I’d like to give Dani and the entertainment ladies a special mention as they really kept our two kids busy with various activities throughout our stay. The food available in the dining area was really nice, a lot better than I was expecting, and there was a large choice each day with cuts of meat and fish cook too order Infront of you. Evening entertainment which we attended most evenings was good, the kids especially liked the magician and acrobats . All in all a really enjoyable holiday, and thanks for having us! Pros: clean quiet pool, spacious apartment, well maintained, lovely helpful staff, beach towels are cheap to rent and are washed as often as needed, near supermarkets and the attic bar which is lovely, laundry on site, nice crowd of tourists, decent food, taxis nearby, Cons: very hilly Tips: no need to pay holiday agency for coach transfer taxi costs 26 euro to get here, no need to bring hairdryer one provided. Gets a bit cold around 11pm bring a hoodie. Love India is a beautiful restaurant. Get health insurance the doctors are 200 euro a visit for consultant and prescription
