From the moment we stepped onto the Casa Maat at JW Marriott property, we were blown away with the high level of customer service we received! There was a golf cart waiting to take us & our bags to our room, the staff was absolutely outstanding! Kind, professional & everyone was more than happy to assist, it was such a great feeling! We were introduced right away to our Butler, Francisco-his elevated way of caring for the guest was top notch! No request was too big or too small for Francisco. He went above & beyond with everything! From sending a person to show me how to get hot water from the Nespresso to helping me figure out how to properly send a document to him for him to print. My husband & I had booked spa appointments prior to our trip, & with all the activity of our party, we missed that appointment. I reached out to Francisco to see if there was a possibility of re-booking. He took care of that too! Another evening we went off property to dinner & Francisco arranged for taxi service that saved us $205 (USD)! That evening our dinner ran over time that taxis stopped driving from the hotel, you guessed it, Francisco reached out to another property & got a taxi back for us!! ALL of the staff was wonderful, kind & gracious! The rooms were very nice, clean & so comfortable. I slept so well! There were all the things we could need-steamer, iron, toiletries, complementary water, coffee & tea. The food was amazing as well! I have a severe allergy to avocado & somehow (I suspect Francisco) the staff all knew this. And they REMEMBERED this. When the ceviche was being served at the pool, they had ONE with no avocado & I didn’t even have to ask, they handed that one to me. At our friend’s birthday party, apps were being passed, the empanadas had a bit of avocado & they specifically brought me some without! In a party of 60 people. I was beyond impressed! I can’t say enough good things! We will most assuredly be back!
