Este hotel es realmente para venir y no salir de el ya que lo tiene todo hasta canchas de pikcle balll sala de juegos albercas y además un spa realmente fabuloso con tu estancia puedes acceder a las instalaciones de el jw pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es su personal no lo dudes en reservar

Una atención increíble. Fueron muy amables siempre. Los butlers en turno (Jesús y Francisco) así como la camarera Julia con muy lindos detalles. Nos decoraron el cuarto y cualquier petición nos ayudaron mucho. Tuvimos una gran estancia. El hotel divino y los cuartos súper cómodos.

Extremely disappointing! This was our third stay at the JW Marriott / Casa Maat in Cabo San Lucas. It will also be our last. When we arrived at the hotel, the wifi/internet was not working at the property outside of the room making it impossible to do anything requiring access. The facilities were falling apart with rust on most of the furniture and tiles missing all over the pool. The spa had ants crawling all over the lounge chairs and there wasn't a towel to be found at the spa pool. The pool was rarely cleaned and even after reporting that it was un-swimmable, it took a half a day for them to check it out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! When we first stayed here in 2016, it was great. It has totally fallen apart.

Experiencia gratamente relajante. Todos cuidaron durante mi estadía que todo vaya bien, sin necesidad de preocuparme por nada. Las actividades complementarias fueron estupendas, la clase de ceviche y masajes. El hotel es hermoso y permite que puedas caminar por sus jardines, el spa y sus áreas húmedas son tan necesarias para relajarse y desconectarse. El desayuno fue mi momento favorito , la calidad y variedad de opciones y sobre todo la Calidez y atención de todo el equipo. Carlos fue el primero en atenderme y estuvo atento a toda mi estadía, su mezcalita de maracuya fue la mejor. Adrian siempre pendiente en la piscina por si necesitaba algo Samana, Montserrat y Anahis muchas gracias por estar siempre pendientes. JW Siempre será mi marca favorita por asociaciados como ustedes.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Maat. The service was great, particularly our butler, Jesus, who was attentive but not overly so. Our room was lovely. The spa was next level. It was a great getaway for a long weekend, wish we could have stayed longer.

Simply put, this is the best hotel I have stayed at outside of the United States and might be the best period. It is beautiful and the service is simply amazing. It is a gem and you will not be disappointed. In ANYTHING. I will come to Cabo just to stay here again. It’s that good of a hotel. Service from start to finish has been A+. Spa is also excellent as is the food. Pools are amazing. Views are amazing. Just wow.
