洛斯卡波斯天堂全包式度假村 – 限成人(Paradisus Los Cabos – Adults Only – All Inclusive)

Room was dirty, need paint and good beds. The kids club closed, they said they are changing to adults. Also, the service changed from 10 to 1. App does not work for restaurants reservations. The host took 30 minutes when we arrived to reserved and he waste our time because we did not have it done. We did reservation for a family two beds and suddenly was for a king two people. Restaurants were closed couple of days. No shows, no activities in the pool. Drinks first time they download Us. It was our third time and Last.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and the food here was some of the best we’ve had! We stayed 4 nights and arrived around noon on the first day. We let them know ahead of time of our early arrival and we were happy to find out our room was ready when we got there. After checking in we immediately made dinner reservations for each night and were able to try all 4 of the included restaurants and the food was amazing at all of them. We had lunch in the poolside restaurant a couple of days and then let Edgar bring us our lunch by the pool a couple of days. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the ice cream and coffee shops. The pool bars and music were great and we also used the workout room. Our room was nice and cold with a great layout, awesome shower and comfy bed. The only thing that is lacking at this resort is evening entertainment and entertainment staff in general. Most places we go to have some kind of show every night and organized pool activities throughout the day. This place is quiet but definitely relaxing with beautiful views and amenities.

The resort was beautiful. The customer service was over and beyond. The only thing I could criticize would be that there isn’t any air conditioning outside of your hotel room. Other than that 10/10, we will definitely be back.

The property and beach were very nice but the service staff was lacking in the restaurant and the pool bartenders were rued.

We were in the reserve. Our concierge, Montse was amazing and helped with everything! We will be back👍❤️

Food was weak. Service at beach and pool good. Service elsewhere very spotty. They screwed up dinning reservations and some other things. Was initially given room with bad view which surprised me given my ******* status. They changed my room after I complained. Like LeBlon and some of the other resorts they try and get you to agree to hear a marketing pitch. This is really annoying. Like most resorts, the fitness center is far too small and very crowded. Nice location and scenic beach. I’ve been to Cabo a dozen times and even more to Cancun/Mayan Rivera. Overall, I find this to be an overrated resort.

The food is good. Especially at the reserve locations. Depending on what waiter you get service can be great or very slow. Rooms are clean along with all other facilities. I enjoy the night entertainment, but wish there was more seating.
