Vista Encantada, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. A beautiful resort and in a serene setting. Staffs were very attentive and welcoming. Having a great time. To top it off, the pool and the gym were impeccable and the trainer (Cesear) was very helpful. He will show you how to perform each exercise correctly and stay there to assist your reps. His enthusiasm is contagious. Definitely we will return next year!!

Somos locales y venimos por day pass, y por esa razon nos atendieron como ultimos, tuvimos que esperar por comida 1 hora. Muy triste porque lugar es bonito y comida fue rica pero tuvimos mucha hambre entonces ese servicio no nos hizo feliz...

Elder Periban nos asistió durante nuestra estancia en Vista Encantada y nos brindó excelente servicio. Nos apoyó en todo lo q necesitamos. Elder es un joven muy profesional y encantador. Gracias por todo lo q hiciste por nosotros Elder.

Angelica es FANTÁSTICA!!! I received a facial and a massage from her. 1) The cleansing facial could have had a touch more pressure applied but that’s a personal preference however it was a facial NOT a facial massage. 2) The massage was PERFECTO! She has a firm hand (which I love) but she checks in with you to make sure the pressure is at a level comfortable for you. Recently, I have had some shoulder mobility issues. I did not mention this at all but she found the kinks and paid special attention to the spots where my body needed it most but without comprising the rest of the full body massage. In conclusion, my skin feels amazing and I can touch my shoulder blades together again without any pain, stiffness or resistance. I am 100% pleases and satisfied with her and the work she performed. I will ask for her specifically next time I visit Milagro Spa at Hacienda/Vista Encantada. ALSO, the facility itself is a dream! Think of a typical spa: aromatherapy shower, hot tub, sauna, steam room, complimentary beverages (that are AMAZING), large soaking tub but elevated with the most beautiful panoramic views and exceptional hospitality. Only down point was a slight language barrier in the very beginning but I cannot even complain about that because that interaction, even though it was a bit stumbling was absolutely delightful. Everyone at Milagro Spa went out of their way to make me feel welcome and I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. I will most definitely be a returning client. Big thank you to Angelica, I hope you continue to grow happiness in your life as well as a successful career. See you next year!

Todo estuvo excelente gran servicio de todos. Elder, el que nos atendio en el lobby muy atento a todo e hizo que nuestra estacia fuera la mejor, hasta que nos topamos con hector en el Atico , malinchista con su propia gente, hasta que ya no tenia extranjeros que atender no nos ofrecio nada , le hablabas y como si estuviera sordo horrible persona y pesimo servicio !!! . No nos dejo ocupar la sombrilla hasta que unos extranjeros tambien la solicitaron.

Wow, Vista Encantada, Hacienda Encantada, El Encanto, it never disappoints. We stayed in a penthouse in El Encanto for the first time and the family had a great time. Spectacular view from the master bedroom and the deck. We had a butler, Elder Periban, who was awesome and gave us daily updates of happenings at the resort, reservations at restaurants on property and in Cabo, plus activities. He really went out of his way to help and was genuinely concerned about my wife who has back and mobility issues. Trinidad, our private driver was well spoken and made each trip in a luxurias Navigator feel like we were royalty. Gabriel from the spa was also great and played pickleball with us as well. He will be force on the courts in no time. Major shout out to Moises Luna for his prowess on the pickleball court quick with a smile and and arranging a tournament. Lots of players participated. He is also the man to shut down inconsiderate people who blast their speakers at Phase 1. I also enjoyed a couple quick conversations with Jean-Louis Magron who is director of owner services and is always at the lobby overseeing checkin days. Lastly, mucho gracias to Blanca and Mouricio in reception for making everything super easy, plus everyone else from the bellboys, waiters, bartenders, maids, cooks, groundskeepers and maintenance who work tirelessly and are always quick with a smile and a hola!!!!
