Our stay at Kristal Grand was truly unforgettable! Special thanks to Chief Concierge Mario Cortes — he assisted us with every request, helped us upgrade to a stunning ocean-view room, and arranged a late check-out so we could enjoy the resort even longer before our flight. The hotel itself is outstanding: delicious food, more restaurants than we could try in one stay, daily changing entertainment for both kids and adults, warm and chlorine-free pools, spotless grounds, and incredibly kind and friendly staff. Our young son quickly made friends, and the water playground became his favorite spot. We also booked a pirate show tour through the hotel — it was an amazing experience!
