Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue lo mejor gracias al equipo de entretenimiento! Hicimos muchas actividades como Corn Hole, Ping pong, cartas, etc.. Gracias Esmeralda, Nirvana, Mariam, Rita, Karla, Itzel y Angel! Definitivamente queremos regresar

Cómo es posible que le entreguen el carro chocado a un huésped que además sufre de una discapacidad. Es abuso. Y que nadie se haga responsable y los traten mal. Yo lo conozco y es una persona tranquila, amable y decente. No se vale. Deben tener gente en el hotel que sea capaz de tomar responsabilidad y lo suficientemente preparada resolver este tipo de eventos. Además de garantizar seguridad a los huéspedes tanto para sus pertenencias como para su persona. Y sobretodo estar a la altura de dar el trato que su hotel supone. Nunca iré a su hotel y lo publicaré en mi ciudad.

Un amigo muy querido le chivaron si suyo en el valet y no se hicieron responsables , no solo eso, se dio cuenta que las cámaras de seguridad no funcionan, el tiene discapacidad visual y ese tema es muy importante para su seguridad Lo que hideron fue una guarrada además de no darle ninguna solución al coche de su pareja que ellos chocaron Es una lástima que se comporten de esa manera y que no hagan nada siendo un hotel que en otro momento esto no sería un problema

Orfanel, Janeth, Martin, and Ricardo were AMAZING at the Tide Bar! The drinks that they made were excellent! They were always friendly and greeted us with a smile and even remembered our names every day! The service they provided was so wonderful! If you are coming go to the Tide bar!!! You will not regret it!

This resort lied and defrauded our agreement for this property. They took over $3,000 from us as a deposit and now are demanded another $3000 for an agreement that they did not honor. It's a beautiful place but their sales representatives will lie and cheat to get you to agree to a timeshare. A very bad representation of Mexico.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The Kids Club always keeps our children (even teens) entertained-- thanks to Jorge's warm personality! They have many activities, such as paddle boards in the salt lagoon, rope swings, slides, beach or pool volleyball, and more. They have engaging activities out of the direct sun too, such as playing cards, painting, making bracelets, Spanish lessons, dominoes, etc. There's never an "I'm bored" moment. The rooms are well-appointed. Our cleaner, Amaryani, was very attentive to our daily needs. When we ran into any maintenance issues, the management addressed them fairly quickly. We hope they continue regular upkeep for enjoyment into the future. It would be great to encourage their staff to conduct inspections so those staying encounter fewer issues during their stay. For example, our room's private pool and hot tub weren't maintaining at appropriate levels or temperature. So, we had to report it throughout the week. I wish they did turndown service! The time of year we chose has sometimes been windy, but this year was remarkably still and perfect. We were able to sit outside without any issues!
