洛杉磯鄰近South Pasadena Nature Park的飯店

I have booked a King room with Forest View for 2 nights and decided to add another night but the same room was not available, So I booked the additional night in the premium category. I called the property the day before and was told she may find a way so that we don't have to change our room. When we checked in around 9pm, they left a key to our room on the 3rd floor. This room is the least expensive room where there is only a very small window and it's half covered with eaves of the roof. It was so dark that you cannot read unless you turn the lights on during the day. The next morning, I asked the manager, Susan, we would like the room we booked for or there should be a refund for the rate difference. I was then told we booked through the third party booking site not their own website and we have a heavily discounted price. I really did not see that much difference between what we paid and their website rate. She said then she can waive the service fee of $15 per day additional service fee. I did not see that anywhere in the website. I only saw the handwritten note at the check-in area. She said there is no adjustment whatsoever because we got the cheap rate. All I asked was to get the room categories we booked and deserved. Her answer was I can check out if I was not happy. I made all the travel plans based on staying in the area. This is totally ”Bait and Switch” and her attitude was very unprofessional. We have extensive good experiences at Air BNB, etc. This is one property we were treated poorly. The property is old and needs some attention but overall, it was OK and the breakfast was fairly good and the guy in the kitchen was very helpful. The management left us with bad taste and I will not go back to the property.

地理位置不錯，比較安全，帕薩迪納本來就是LA比較安全的地帶，homeless people很少。逛街吃東西方便。算是比較舒適的。在攜程定性價比劃算的。值得一提的是攜程的海外管家服務，真是24小時，賓至如歸的感覺，有問必答，有問題必解決。不厭其煩，後面續訂攜程上滿房了，攜程管家幫我聯繫酒店，直接在前台續訂了。已經是很滿意的服務了，最後我發現和攜程比較差價太多，詢問了一下，海外管家竟然把差價退回我攜程賬戶。我真是差點流淚了。哎尤其是一個人漂在外麪，他們太溫暖了。 一百個贊海外管家的客服們，謝謝🙏

很安靜， 設施：很新 停車收費

本身我早上7:05到LA，點知遲咗2個鐘頭，去到酒店12pm原以為要2pm才有房，點知佢12點已經俾房我哋，所以－開始感覺幾好，就算洗手盆有些污糟，浴室有垃圾，地下有沙都可以接受，因為房間夠寬，亦都新，當所有東西放入房間我哋馬上去迪士尼，晚上8pm回到就去廁所，最後冲廁唔成功，只好打落前台，佢哋居然講要第二天搵人檢查，叫我們忍耐，有冇搞錯，幾經抖纏，話要馬上換房，佢哋冇辦法才搵人檢查，來到服務人員給個泵，叫我哋自己搞，我唔肯佢才無耐幫我地泵，令到廁所通，其實咁嘅服務態度好差，扣曬分，原來有8分依家得6分，依啲擺明吓唔識英文嘅人，好彩抖纏才肯叫服務員來處理，這感觀太差！

這個小汽車旅館變成了寶石,這讓我們感到驚訝。老實說,當我們開車經過時,我們幾乎決定取消晚上的預訂,只是想找個別的地方住。我們以前住在洛杉磯,看到我在...那個地方訂了房,很沮喪。但是現在的管理層卻很出色。一切都乾淨,更新,儘可能美麗,有很多令人愉快的和意想不到的設計細節。我們房間的天花板上有一個完整的壁畫--可愛。在室外,在混凝土停車場的邊緣,管理者用綠葉和可愛的公園長椅劃出了一個寧靜的空間。所有的額外小接觸已經把一個舊的和潛在的疲憊的財產變成一個有階級和美的地方。當我們再次訪問洛杉磯的時候,我們會回來。

這個酒店在帕薩迪納，酒店有些老舊，酒店服務員前台服有個叫Devon的女孩服務很nice一直都是笑臉和耐心我還專門因為她的服務寫了表揚信。但是有一個非洲裔的前臺中年婦女，服務很傲慢我真的很不喜歡她，她總是拒絕別人而且態度很生硬讓人很不愉快。我一共住了7個晚上，美國酒店房間不放瓶裝水，我有時候會去前台要，我以為每天可以要兩瓶，前面幾天大家都很友好都會問我夠不夠，但是那個非洲裔婦女很傲慢的回覆我水不免費讓我去旁邊買，我又不是買不起，主要是你可以説清楚，注意你的態度而不是用傲慢和麪無表情的態度，畢竟服務行業還是有個服務意識我不是要你的水，我要的是互相尊重。

早餐免費的，非常豐盛的，都是葷的，很飽人的，不過吃幾次會膩，果汁都是新鮮鮮榨果汁，牛奶隨意喝。酒店距離地鐵很近，非常方便。
