Rude front desk staff, wifi does not work properly in the room, AC was broken and no one bothered to fix it and I had to call more than 4 times. Horrible experience

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! RUN… FAST! From the second we walked into our room which we upgraded for an extra 100 dollars…Welp, we went down to change rooms because the room was right next to the elevator. And the next room they put us in was dirty!!! And smelled like cigarettes. Low and behold it was next to the pool and when I walked out to see what was up some lady was smoking and putting it out in a blue and white ash tray…First time I’m leaving an ******* review actually. We left we couldn’t stay there it was a MOTEL not a hotel!! Please do yourself a favor and forget it! I read another review about the staff being rude and we had a woman she was beyond rude she asked me why we were leaving and at that point we just said it’s definitely not for us and ******* is handling our refund…
I’ve also never just left a hotel like that before…I’m upset ******* allowed the positive feed back making me think this would be a romantic, cozy hotel. It’s more like a dirty run down motel with zero view dirty ripped carpets stained sheets so… Do not stay here, please. Close this place and allow homeless to live there that would be best.
