The property was in a convenient location and well maintained, but the walls were extremely thin. Plus I was charged for a beer and never received a refund after several requests. I enjoyed the pool and the Smart TV in the room, but probably wouldn't stay here again, especially because of the thin walls- I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me and hear their every word.

Most of the 4 nights I couldn’t get through to front desk. Restaurant, housekeeping, etc. all had to go through front desk. Daily cleaning of room was terrible. Dirty cups still there, coffee pod still in maker, crumbs on desk, no water refills and no re-supply of coffee.

Clean, upgraded common areas were nice to get breakfast and wait to gather your group. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was simple but clean and the view was great (we were on the 10th floor). A very good experience - we plan to stay there again.

Convenient, comfortable, clean! Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The Valet agent even gave some insider info for Venice beach on request. Wonderful stay. Thank you Marriott for maintaining such hig standards and thank you to the staff of Marriott Beverly Hills for making our stay special!!

As our Flight delayed from.NY when we reached the front door was locked after knocking 10 to.12mins and our uber driver honk someone showed up by the door while tieing up his shirt and fixing his pants and he said wait until on duty front desk person is inside ...the lady came after 5mins and said we have to wait for 3pmins cause the computer is freeze .Bad things going on middle of the night between the staff
