洛杉磯世紀公園飯店-限成人入住(Century Park Hotel La)

location is super -very close to a decent shopping mall with reasonably priced restaurants and shops. Walkable distance. Service could be better, like early check in and late check out should be provided.

Pictures can be deceiving. The hotel is in need of some upgrades and unlike the picture there is no actual breakfast area at all. Other than that, the room accommodations were fantastic and the staff was wonderful. Just know ahead of time that if you have a vehicle, you will be automatically charged to park your car via their “valet service“. They do not have general/free patron Parking.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Loft rooms are amazing. The front is still needing its renovation. The Lady at the front desk was awesome & brought things to our room quickly and friendly. The night check in man was a little rude but not overly. Valet guy was super friendly. Love that Ralph’s is directly next door for last minute items we needed. Would stay again :) thanks

Century Hôtel exists for its short walk to Century City Mall and the many office towers there. It is on average $50 per night less than the Marriott Courtyard next door but has no gym or restaurant. The staff are great, the rooms and beds are very nice. Overall cleanliness in the halls, etc less than perfect but still serviceable.

My family and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the convenience of walking to mall and grocery store. I did not like the unexpected $800.00 charge/hold for a security deposit to my debit card. It put a damper on my budget for our family vacation and limited our opportunites to patronize other amenities in the area. These unexpected spenditures made the entire trip a negative experience for my family and I. However, we made the best of it. Honestly, if I had been made aware of the $800.00 hold/security deposit at the time I booked the room, I would have sought lodging for my family and I elsewhere. Mario R.

Checking in was easy, but having to pay an additional $30 fee for parking was not. I did not anticipate having to pay for parking, which added to the amount quoted online. Disappointing. If parking has to be paid, no problem, just include it on the online price. I would have stayed at a different hotel…
