Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom home . Private pool with a gated yard small jacuzzi just added . Close to the Getty center - Universal studios . Fully equipped kitchen . Outdoor dining table . Oasis get away in the San Fernando valley . House is a home away from home with everything you will need for a wonderful holiday . Don’t miss this gem . This is a super host property from other sites . We have been hosting this home for several years with 5 star reviews decided to add it to home away very happy with this site and how they work with us :) children are allowed - not sure how to remove that :)) allisonAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 1 total).1 animal - please also inform us.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking . No additional guests other the what is on the reservation without approval from owner. This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties !.Children are allowed - families . Le logement est très joli, bien équipé. Bien placé par rapport à la 405, un peu plus gênant par rapport aux avions. Nous avons malgre tout passé un bon sejour et bien profité.

The bungalow is our home away from home!This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first time.It was move in weekend at CSUN and to be tired and sweaty and know i had a fabulous pool and comfortable bed to come back to made it all worth it.Allison is fabulous with everything she provides and I just love this property and its location to my daughter's school and restaurants and shopping.

Delightful oasis!
My husband, daughter, and our dogs needed a place to stay during graduation weekend -- and this fabulous house was the perfect place. It was a cute and welcoming location to rest, celebrate, and enjoy our time in the LA area. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor area so inviting, and it was a bonus to have a pool! The check in was super easy and the owner was a breeze to deal with!

Home Sweet Home
We had the most wonderful stay at the bungalow.We were in town for Madador Day at CSUN and when all was done we enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds.It was easy to get around town with Lyft.Allison was fantastic with all her assistance.

Relaxed and Chill
Great space, quiet and relaxing. The hostess was very responsive. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, we loved the decor. We brought our GSD with us, he loved the spacious yard. The back yard was beautiful with a great swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely come back.

Romantic getaway
House was cozy furniture looks good but couch is getting older could use replacing. Pool not really heated has solar heater, but just too cold to swim except summer. And overall what we excepted and was cozy and charming. Would come back.

Love this house!!
I stayed at this house a year ago and enjoyed it so much that I returned. Loved the outdoor area and hot tub. 5 stars for sure!
