漢納福爾波因特飯店

Das Hotel ist im Sommer in der Hauptreisezeit massiv überteuert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein gehalten (Blick in den Garten). Beim ersten Gebrauch des Heisswasserhahns (getrennt) ist Rostwasser ausgetreten. Zudem keinerlei Möglichkeit für Lademöglichkeit für das Mobile neben dem Bett - heutzutage ein NoGo…. Generell aber sauber und gute Betten. Der Spa Bereich ist nicht extrem einladend, bei unserem Besuch war der Whirlpool mit einem Strassenband abgesperrt… Das Highlight in dem Resort ist allerdings die Küche. Wir hatten Burger und Lamb Rack, wobei das Lamm unglaublich zart zubereitet war und die Beilagen ein perfektes Bouquet dazu gezaubert haben.

Excellent food, just wish we’d skipped lunch as the portions are generous. The burgers are stacked high and the blade of beef was to die for, as were the views. We’ll definitely be back as we are moving a short walk away and a restaurant this good deserves a regular visit!

Went with friends for lunch. Appalling service. The waitress said she had forgotten my friends drink after asking twice and waiting 20 mins. Our plates were left long after we had finished our meal . Was not asked if we required desert or coffee and the sourdough bread and bacon was rock hard in my open sandwich. Customer service was nil. Such a pity for Looe's prime hotel

My 2nd visit and relatively local (Plymouth). Wonderful stay and staff were kind and helpful. Reception lady kindly carried my case to my room as the lift was temporarily unavailable. My spa treatment (Hot Stone Massage) was amazing. Laura has very healing hands and I highly recommend booking a treatment with her! Everything was perfect and the location and view so uplifting and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast team were courteous and helpful. See you all again soon and Thankyou so much!

My parents 50th anniversary took place here with family and guests also staying. We had a fantastic stay and together with the evening celebrations made this special occasion even more memorable thanks to the staff and location. This is a quirky hotel, unique and in an incredible location. If you’re looking for a polished hotel or a travel lodge there are plenty of these to discover. The only observation I’d have is that the staff at breakfast weren’t as attentive/slow but it didn’t take the gloss off our stay.
