The absolute perfect place for a Cornish getaway. Great location, bus stop nearby if you fancy a trip to Polperro ~ £3 one way, highly recommend visiting. Train station opposite with connections to Truro. But the highlight of our stay was our hostess, Ella. She simply could not do enough for us to make our stay wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and she thought of everything that might make our break even better. The rooms were amazing with lake views, tea and coffee with fresh milk, lovely powerful shower and best of all, absolutely fantastic breakfasts. Locally sourced products perfectly cooked and the eggs had the most golden yolk I had ever seen! Lots of choice on the menu, it was a shame we weren't there long enough to try everything. One thing to bear in mind is that the satnav took us around the back of the hotel up a steep, winding,narrow track. We have a big car and it was touch and go getting back down without scratching the car. The hotel entrance is just off the main road with plenty of parking.

Lovely B&B run by the delightful and friendly Ella, who cooks possibly the best cooked English Breakfast I can remember having, sourced using local producers. Comfy rooms and great location to explore Looe and beyond. Thoroughly recommended.

This hotel is fabulous and Ella is the most conscientious and considerate owner/manager anyone could hope for. The freshly prepared breakfasts are superb. Our room (Skylark) was very spacious, with a well stocked supply of hot drinks and even fresh milk, comfy bed and great ensuite shower. We stayed for 3 nights with 3 other couples to do some South West Coastal Path walking The only minor glitch is that the SatNav link on Google tried to navigate us down a no- through road. For ease of reference the steep entrance is by the Globe Inn and train station.

Had 4 days walking in April in what must have been one of the best weeks of Spring.In addition we had the most wonderful say at Trehaven Manor with the wonderful Ellie who never stops working . If you want a perfect place to stay in Looe this is the one. Going back to 1966 I have stayed in 7 different places in Looe and this is the best by a country mile If you like inland walking GWR have a wonderful book of walks using the Liskeard Looe line as a guide

A very pleasant place to stay. Everything really is top quality from the general comfort of the public areas and bedrooms to the freshly 'cooked to order' breakfast. Elle is extremely friendly and welcoming. Adequate parking and only a few minutes walk to the Town Centre. Strongly recommended

Spent a wonderful 3days at Trehaven. From the moment you arrive youare made so welcome by Ella the owner. It is situated in a lovely position a few minutes walk from the centre of Looe. It is spotless throughout. Our ground floor room even had a sofa and a fridge with milk and water besides tea and coffee. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Ella for making our stay an enjoyable one
