This place has no onsite manager. We were there for 6 nights and the unit was not cleaned once. The bathroom has mould and mildew and the floor hasn’t been washed in ages by the look of it. Crockery and cutlery is washed by the previous visitors in the bathroom sink without the benefit of detergent. The rooms are not made up daily except for replenishing coffee and sugar. The courtyard is filled with leaves and not swept once. Online rate was $141 per night. They charged Flight Centre $206 per night and Flight Centre charged us $260 per night. A fleabag motel at an exorbitant rate. Both Abajaz and Flight Centre are shameful.

After a horror night at the sister site Abajaz Motor Inn, we were contacted by Caitlin who was mortified by the night’s events and went out of her way to enable us to use a shower before our tour (much appreciated). Due to the hot water issue we were offered a transfer to the Albert Park Motor Inn which we accepted.
