Lovely hotel, great location near Longleat, Rooms were spacious and clean, bar area was nice and staff all very helpful

Booked here for work
Place was really nice nice beer attentive staff .
Food was exellent
Beer was good
Room was really clean very comfortable beds
Only issue was out of the 3 of that stayed we all found the shower to slippery.
One of my staff cut his finger open
Bath mat needed .
Wifi and good tv channels
I would stay here again and will book in the future

Thanks, the room was lovely, the cosmetics fantastic, but the light behind the curtain was very bright and shone above and below the curtain… didn’t help sleep! Otherwise great, thanks!

One night stop over after visiting Longleat. Large comfortable room with comfy king size bed. Variety of hot drinks available in room.Had a lovely dinner in the pub restaurant which felt cosy and Christmasy.

We really enjoyed our stay everyone was really helpful and made the stay special .minor complaint was there was with the heating we were compensated for it not working thinking about booking again next year with more family

The place looked nice and was lovely but was very noisey if you wanted to get any sleep and when we arrived the bed sheets had either feces or blood on them.

We stayed here for one night for a family party. The accommodation was great, we had a lovely room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The service was great as soon as we checked in.
