Excelente hotel, fácil acceso con el vehículo, rápido check-in, hotel muy bonito empezando por la fachada, lobby, área de la piscina , elevadores y la habitación, todo limpio , desde que llegamos tuvimos muy buena imagen e impresión. Excelente servicio al cliente de todo el personal desde los señores del valet parking, la atención del lobby en especial la Sra Helena fue excelente, nos hizo sentir como huéspedes VIP sin serlo, Housekeeping. Muchas gracias y Felícitaciones a todo el personal, regresaremos el próximo año.

Me encanta este hotel , el la tercera vez que me hospedo allí . Lo único es que éramos 3 y solo te dan 2 reposeras . La adicional cuesta 15 dólares y la sombrilla 35 me parece un poco excesivo el precio . Es resto excelente me encanta este hotel

Only negative, requested a microwave and please change batteries in room safe that wasn’t working. Neither happened. Everything else was great. Food, people, location, condition of property great. Very friendly and knowledgeable

They added $500+ in charges to our room account without further verifying. BTW- When they tell you equipment for beach is included at beach hut that does not include the umbrella @ $40, just 2 chairs. Do your yourselves the favor and pay cash or with your credit card. To avoid having to go through the unpleasant situation of having to take your time to dispute, room charges and calling back and fourth.

Nice resort, it has everything you need to enjoy Longboat Key and the area. The resort is clean and nice, staff is good, service and food was okay; not fancy or excellent.

This property is on the verge of excellent, they get a Very Good ++. Location a.k.a. beachfront is absolutely wonderful. Pool and spa pool are warm and comfortable. (Sand at pool bottom should be cleaned for maximum appeal.)
